This was by far the most frustrating and disappointing online transaction I've eve had, and I do most of my shopping online. Product arrived two weeks late. It arrived USED, dirty, and broken. It was obviously broken before it was even shipped to us. It was poorly painted, not stained wood as shown in the picture. It was poorly assembled and crooked. The seller did not respond to several emails until after I filed an Amazon A to Z claim for a full refund. Finally the painfully redundant and laborious return process was initiated. Meanwhile the seller has numerous time constraints on the customer, while every response from him takes weeks and weeks. His delays actually conflict with Amazon's return policies. It was truly ridiculous, hours of my life spent trying to deal with this. The seller never came through, but Amazon did stand behind their guarantee and gave me a full refund including shipping costs, THANK YOU TO AMAZON! I can't believe that this seller is allowed to sell on here. Check the Ohio BBB before you buy from this seller.

Looking at this house is to look into the past. The windows and doors open and close, tongue and groove floor, a bay window and attic, adorned windows, pine molding and divers molding.Interior: three floors. The ground floor is tongue and groove hard wood flooring style.
