(More customer reviews)I bought it for my daughter and we tried to grow the hair but it didn't work! some of the hair fell out instead. We crimped and curled it which kinda worked but it's not like you can redo the makeover all over again. I had to drench the thing in water so it would have straight hair again. The commercials get the effect that you can restart it but it says Grow and then Style not Style and Grow. What a piece of junk.
