(More customer reviews)Okay, before I go any further, I will admit that this is a very nice little doll. All the "Nutcracker" dolls are of good quality and this one is no exception. His costume is particularly nice and detailed.
But... I have always wanted them to make a doll of this character who actually looks like him. Anyone heard of the missing Julian doll from the Princess and the Pauper range? Well, that's how I feel about this. Major Mint is one of my favourite Barbie characters and even as a kid, I felt short-changed by this version. Contrary to what Mattel seem to think, children are not stupid.
However, if they don't care about all that and just want a nice Tommy doll to play with, or to complete their Nutcracker collection, you could do a lot worse.
