(More customer reviews)This doll was purchased new from E-Z Pawn Shop through Amazon but the doll does not work. I sent an e-mail requesting a replacement 3 weeks ago and haven't yet received a reply. My 5-year old granddaughter is anxiously awaiting a doll that works.
