(More customer reviews)This Barbie Basics doll was bought for me (an adult collector and deboxer) for my birthday. I love to remove my dolls from their boxes. There is something about taking them off that back card and fluffing their hair/fixing their outfits that is so much fun. This is my first Basics doll and after not being a fan of them, seeing them on the shelf at stores, I have to say I love them. Her hair is very pretty, although not as pretty as the display pictures of the prototype. She is easy to put on her stand.
I would NOT suggest this or any Basics doll for children under 10. These dolls are meant for display or redressing for kids with bigger hands or for keeping in the box.
I put a cute witch's hat on mine since my birthday is so close to Halloween and she looks lovely. Now to find a pink Santa hat for her!
