My five year old daughter enjoys making the hair turn different colors, but as a previous commenter mentioned, the stencils don't work very well. The doll's hair was already different colors out of the box, and you'll need to heat the hair with a hair dryer or hot water before you can use the stencils. Otherwise its a cute doll, but I wish I had purchased the kind with the normal hair instead.
