(More customer reviews)I purchased this doll as part of a pile of gifts for a Christmas Connection family. The prices and selection at Amazon were better than anywhere else. But in this case the picture is deceiving. It looks like a regular Babrie with a pretty long dress. Actually the top of the dress is part of the doll's molded torso and the skirt doubles as fairy wings and is made of some kind of plastic or something. I am sure the little girl we gave it to was happy with it and I am also sure Babrie experts would not have been surprised, but to a Barbie novice, this was a little less than we hoped for. And its a good thing we bought more than one Barbie for her, because the clothes we bought will probably not fit over the molded dress top.
