(More customer reviews)The Barbie was meant for my mom. Her original Barbie's face got smashed in, so as a gift, I purchased her a new one. It was "new", so I thought this doll would look the same as the one I was replacing. Wrong! You could tell the doll was actually used. The hair was frayed and the tie twists for the wrists and hair were missing. I want a refund.
